I had the great fortunate of getting to know, admire and love Boyd Sanders when we were members of the Lambda Chi Alpha chapter at Georgetown College (KY) during the late 1960s. That Boyd served a term as president of the the chapter speaks volumes about the high regard, respect and admiration we all had for Boyd's leadership skills, intelligence and integrity. That each of us could write a book filled with stories of a man who was always there to listen, advise and help is a testament to a genuinely gentle, caring and kind person. He was the very personification of brotherhood, both inside a fraternity and outside in the real world. RIP, Boyd, and sincerest condolences to your family and friends.
My family loved Dr Sanders, he was a very gentle, kind and caring man. He was so very easy to speak to and would listen to all of your concerns. We miss him dearly, our prayers go out to his family and friends, GOD Bless each and everyone.
